1 All purchases from this site or any associated server, are subject to the following terms and conditions, which you have to accept prior to placing an order.
2 Definitions - The following terms have the meaning as defined here, throughout these Terms & Conditions
"Stocked Items" means Items which are normally available from stock held in the United Kingdom.
"Special Order Items" means Items which are ordered, especially for you, from the manufacturer.
"The Manufacturer" means Delonghi Radiators SPA of Treviso Italy.
"Saleable Condition" means Free from any defects or damage.
"Original Packaging" means Packed as the goods were shipped to you.
"Unopened" means that the original packaging, including any shrink wrapping has not be opened or removed
3 Order Acknowledgement - Our systems automatically send you an "Order Acknowledgement", which details the order which you have placed on our system. This order Acknowledgement does not indicate our acceptance of your order, which is subject to checking.
4 Order Acceptance - When we have checked you order and payment we will either send you an Order Acceptance, or a Conditional Acceptance, subject to one or more of the following conditions which will be set out therein :-
Waiting Stock - When a stocked item is subject to a delay due to insufficient stock - You may accept the delay or cancel the order for a full refund
Pricing Error - When our system has shown the incorrect price - You may accept the corrected price, or cancel the order for a full refund
Short Payment - You have not paid the full amount- You must either pay the full amount within 7 days, or it will be deemed that you have cancelled the order.
Anti-Card-Fraud Check - Your order has been selected for additional checking
Waiting Payment - You have not completed the payment for the order, for example because the delivery charge needed to be calculated manually.
5 Preventing Credit Card Fraud- You agree to fully co-operate with any additional checks that we may from time to time deem necessary to prevent or deter credit card fraud. This may delay your order but is in ours and genuine customer's best interests.
6 Delivery - We will delivery your order, to as close to your premises, as our delivery vehicle can safely get. Once off loaded from our vehicle, it is your responsibility to safely move the products you have ordered into your premises.
7 Cancellations - Should you decide to cancel your order for any reason, a cancellation fee equal to the total of the charges detailed in Section 8 of these Terms & Conditions will be deducted from your payment to determine the maximum refund you will be entitled to.
8 Cancellation fees.
10% of the Nett Value of any "Stocked Items" cancelled.
100% of the Nett Value of any "Special Order Items" cancelled.
9 Returns - Should you wish to return any "Stocked Items" you no longer require, you may do so within 7 days, and subject to the following conditions, you will receive a refund of the value of the goods less re-stocking charges as detailed in Section 10 of these Terms & Conditions.
You must obtain a Returns Authorisation Number from us prior to returning the goods
The goods must be received in a "Saleable Condition ".
The goods must be "Unopened", in their "Original Packaging"
Returns of "Special Order Items" will not be accepted, as we do not stock these items which have been manufactured specially for you.
10 Re-Stocking Charges
20% of the Nett value of each Item returned, or £20 for each Item returned, whichever is the greater.
11 Guarantees
All of the products sold by HotRads are covered by a manufacturers warantee.
12 Installer's Responsibilities - It is the responsibility of the installer to ensure that products are installed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendation, and in such a manner as to prevent damage to the customer's property, For example, but not limited to :-
Ensuring that the system is filled with inhibitor following the inhibitor manufacturer's instructions and BS7593 Code of Practice for Treatment of Water in Domestic Hot Water Central Heating Systems. (NB: Damage caused by corrosive water is specifically excluded from the manufacturers warantee.)
Taking sufficeint precautions to prevent water damage to a customers property from water leaking from a newly filled radiator or towel-rails.
13 The maximum amount of any damages the we will be liable in any event is limited to replacing any items which have a manufactoring defect..
14 Beinn Ghuilean Ltd is registered to store data (information) about customers, lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 of the United Kingdom. Information on customers is collected through the ordering process, and customers can opt out separately from receiving futher communications from Beinn Ghuilean Ltd or from selected third parties. Any item of data given at the time of ordering or registration is collected and stored by Beinn Ghuilean Ltd. Customers may opt out by contacting us directly.

Delivery Charges are added to all orders, and displayed at the point where you select "Checkout ".
We calcuculate the delivery charge on an order by order basis, depending upon the delivery location as well as the size/nature of your order.
The initial delivery cost, assumes that the delivery is to your address. Should you amend the delivery address prior to making payment, this will be recalculated.
